What's new in PJ
Every update, newest first, with a line on why it's there.
Version 1.1
October 2026 · iPhone, iPad and Mac
- Service-color app icons. Seven new looks for the PJ dragon. PJ was built by a veteran from a military family, so service colors came first. See the icons.
- Protect your journal. PJ reminds you to save your recovery key, so your journal can always come back to you, even on a new phone.
- Recordings that finish themselves. If a voice note gets interrupted before its words are written, it catches up on its own.
Version 1.0
October 23, 2026 · iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch
- PJ arrives on the App Store. Talk or type, and PJ writes it down. Encrypted in your own iCloud, with a lock on top. One purchase covers every device.
- Forty beta builds came before it, shaped by the people who tested it. See everything PJ does.
